Joachim Karlsson
Joachim Karlsson, Chairman of the Board, has 15 years of entrepreneurship and general management operating experience within the software and consulting industries. As EVP at Telelogic, Karlsson was responsible for the largest and most profitable product division. In 1997, he started Focal Point AB, a rapidly growing, highly profitable software company, led the company through its IPO and sold it to Telelogic in 2005. He has been on the board of XP Tools AB and Mjärdevi Business Incubator. Karlsson received his MSc and PhD in Computer Science from Linköping University. Born in 1967.

Pär Carlshamre
Pär Carlshamre, PhD in Computer Science from Linköping University, Sweden, is investment manager for Efield at Innovationsbron, a national early stage investor. Prior to joining Innovationsbron Carlshamre worked as marketing director at FOI and before that he held various positions within research, marketing and sales at Ericsson and other companies in the IT-sector.
