Mikael Karlsson
Mikael Karlsson, M.Sc. in Business Administration and U.D. in Electrical Engineering, both from Linköping University, Sweden, is Managing Director of Rendera Såddkapital, a regional early stage investor. As Director he is actively involved in a number of start-ups. Prior to joining Rendera Karlsson worked as Business advisor at Mjärdevi Business Incubator. Former employers also include Slottsbacken Venture Capital and ACR Capital where he worked as Analyst and Investment Manager targeting Nordic technology start-ups. Before entering the venture capital industry he held positions within marketing and sales in the IT-sector.

Jakob Svärdström
With 15 years experience within the IT-sector Svärdström founded KTH Seed Capital in 2002. Svärdström has held key management positions in the internationally expanding software companies Intentia International and StreamServe Inc. Svärdström started his career in large account sales at IBM before becoming Managing Director of Kvadrat Consulting Group. Svärdström also participated in the start-up and served as chairman of the board of Applied Sensor AB, a high growth company in the sensor technology sector and Trustweaver AB, a software company dealing with Internet security. Svärdström is member of the board of Swedish Venture Capital Association. BSc at Uppsala University. Born 1964.
